Riced cauliflower

For all the veggies lovers and vegetarians here is a dinner idea for your taste, it doesn’t take long to be prepared as long as everything you need is already in the fridge.

Purely bio your dish will taste like nothing you have tasted before, just follow instructions as noted down, and watch the magic happened.

 Riced cauliflower

Servings: 4 servings

Preparation time: 5 min

Cooking time: 10 min


  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1/2choped onion
  • 3 bell pepper(red/yellow/ green)
  • 1 cup mushroom
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt/ black pepper
  • Olive oil


In the process, Process the cauliflower

In a pan put onion, bell pepper, mushroom, salt and pepper. Sauté for 2 to 3 min

Add the processed cauliflower, mix

Add the eggs and stir.

Once everything is well combined remove from the pan.
