Nutella doughnuts

Easy to make Nutella doughnuts :

Everyone i know is a fan of Nutella and doughnuts seperately but now that they are combined it just sounds haveanly, buckle up and get ready for the sweet mouth-watering recipe that will boost your energy and heal your sweet tooth in no time !

These are the ingredients that you need to make nutella doughnuts:

  • 600g plain flour
  • 12g Yeast
  • 45g Sugar
  • 4g salt
  • 5g Vanilla sugar
  • 100g Butter (at room temperature)
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 260g Milk Nutella

Tools you will need:

  • Mixer.
  • Bowl of nutella chocolat.
  • Deep frying pan.

Preparation steps :

Step 1: Into a mixer add the following ingredients : 600grams of plain flour along with 12gralms of yeas 45 grams of sugar and 4 grams of salt add in the 5 grams of vanilla sugar and butter and now the eggs.

step 2: add milk to the mixture while mixing on low speed for 1 minute then high speed for another 5-6 minutes.

Step 3: bring a bowl and brush it with oil or butter, add flour to make it non-stick, place the dough that you mixed earlier into the bowl and cover with plastic wrap and set aside for about 2 hours to double in size

step 4 :remove the dough and roll it approximately 1.2 cm thick

step 5: use a round pastery cutter to cutt in circles into the dough, use a smaller one to cutt holes in the dough cirlces that you made in a doughnut shape.

Step 6:cover again for 30 minutes for the dough to rise

step 7: place the dough  in a preheated oil-pan, flip them as each side fries.

Step 8: bring out your bowl of nuttella and dip the donut to cover one side, repeat untill all of them are covered with nutella chocolat

Step 9:  Decorate with peanuts or anyting that you like.

Serve and enjoy !
