Healthy digestive juice

Ingredients :

  • 3 cucumbers
  • 1 (3-inch) piece fresh ginger
  • 1 large fennel bulb and tops
  • 1/2 head of celery (4-5 stalks)
  • 1 small bunch fresh cilantro
  • 2 Granny Smith apples
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (juice by hand)

Steps :

  • clean all your ingredients
  • cut cucumbers, ginger, fennel bulb and top, S. apples into cubes
  • chop celery, cilantro
  • transfer all the ingredients into the blender
  • add lime juice, blend
  • serve in a tall glasses
