Guacamole deviled eggs

This recipe is one of the easiest to make but one of the best, it is tasty and healthy so now you have the option to satisfy your both needs in being healthy and enjoying delicious food at once.

These are the ingredients that you need to make Guacamole deviled eggs:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped (more for Garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon of minced serrano chile
  • 1 teaspoon of grounded mustard seeds
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 olive oil
  • chile powder (for Garnish)

Step 1- Pre-boil 6 eggs and let them cool

Step 2- Place the yokes of boiled eggs into a mixing bowl, smash and add cilantro, one teaspoon of minced serrano chile, one teaspoon of ground mustard seed, one tablespoon of lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and a little bit of olive oil to combine it all and then mix it all together.

Step 3- in a different bowl scoop avocado and smash it, add the avocado into the egg mixture and combine them both.

Step4 -Stuff the egg halves with the mixture and garnish with some chopped cilantro and pepper powder.

Step 5- Serve and enjoy.
